MIND AND BODY
WEIGHTLESS YOGA – INTRO
An extension of traditional yoga poses, incorporating suspended silks. From peaceful, restorative practice to challenging inversions, become immersed in the silk. Benefit from spine decompression, lymph drainage, improved circulation and an overall unique body & mind empowering experience.
Join us for our lunchtime session of Go-with-the-FLOW Yoga. This session will vary week to week, and may include restorative Slow Flow, Aerial, Dynamic Vinyasa and all other HF Yoga styles. It’s ultimately a surprise session.
An energising, grounding and empowering blend of traditional Hatha Yoga; Experiment with pranayama techniques, meditation and posture to develop a nourishing, vitalising and fluid practice.
AERIAL RELEASE AND RESTORE
A restorative active recovery class. Incorporating aerial silks and rollers to improve the quality of blood flow to the tissue, reducing muscle tenderness and discomfort. Increase flexibility of soft tissue and reinforce new ranges of motion. Decrease the risk of injury and recovery time, and promote faster results.
DYNAMIC VINYASA YOGA
A dynamic & vigorous workout; Prepare to feel the heat rise and your senses ignite. Challenge your body as you flow from one pose to the next in a seamless Vinyasa.
SLOW FLOW YOGA
This class consists a slow-paced series of long-held, passive floor poses.The poses are held for a longer period of time to target the connective tissues rather than focusing on the muscles. The class will leave you recharged and will set you up for the day.
CORE POWER YOGA
A combination of asana that promote core strength and stability, with a boosting element of Pilates; Activate your entire core and improve flexibility while you enhance concentration and mental awareness.
A perfect blend of power and peace; designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Integrate your HIIT Cardio workout with an uplifting strength building Pilates session and the benefits will be long lasting.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
