Let’s start off by talking about a saying which helps sum up my approach in Fitness and life! “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” Now what this translates for me, is that knowledge is key! Educate my clientele into training smarter rather than harder. With this approach, I’ve found it to be a proven formula to help the client not only reach their potential but to also keep them mobile, injury free and most importantly progressing.
I provide a training style which focuses on specific performance training, whether that translates to moving better for everyday life, sports specific or to simply get a new ‘PB (Personal Best) I’m here to help you reach out and grab that GOAL with both hands, providing weekly tracking (measurements, exercise programming), and nutritional education to help fuel your body in help enhance performance.
